An Invitation to Fraternities, Sororities, and Civic Organizations

Leadership, Brotherhood, Sisterhood, and Justice with Rashid Darden

Rashid Darden is a nationally respected leader, facilitator, and speaker with deep experience in fraternal, civic, and service-based organizations. His work is shaped by more than two decades of leadership across traditional fraternities, service and professional fraternities, and identity-centered brotherhood spaces.

Rashid brings a rare perspective formed through sustained leadership in Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, and as a past National President and Past National Executive Director of Gamma Xi Phi, a fraternity for artists.

Across these spaces, his work has focused on strengthening organizational culture, developing leaders, and helping institutions live more fully into their stated values.
